Refund Policy

We cannot refund an App Store purchase. Apple takes the payment and Apple decides the refund; we have no way to issue one or to overrule a decision. If Apple declines and you think that is wrong, write to us anyway — we will tell you what we can do.

2. Our promise on website purchases

Thirty days, any reason, no questions. If terce is not what you wanted, email terceapp.support@gmail.com within 30 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

This applies to first purchases of every plan — monthly, annual and lifetime.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically, and we would rather refund a renewal you did not want than keep the money.

4. Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content is an exception once delivery has begun with your consent — but we do not rely on that exception. Our 30-day policy in §2 is longer and simpler than the right the law gives you, and it applies instead. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have.

5. How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you were charged. Paddle processes them and they usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Access ends when the refund is issued.

6. When we may decline

We will decline a refund only where a purchase was fraudulent, or where someone repeatedly buys and refunds the same product. We will tell you if we do, and why.

7. Ask us

If anything here is unclear, or your situation does not fit, email terceapp.support@gmail.com. A person reads it.
